Using The Site
SABC UK is dedicated to supplying a range of products at low prices. We have a range of products listed manufactured to our specifications under the "Vox Ratio" brand and where possible we assemble these products in the UK.
Placing An Order
To place an order simply add the products you wish to the shopping cart and proceed to "checkout". From here you can select your shipping/collection options and your chosen payment method. If you need to change your order once it has been placed or need to discuss specifications of a unit in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment Methods
Our primary payment methods are using Purchase Orders and Bank Transfers for account holders. We also accept PayPal payments direct through the SABC UK Website and an option to pay using a Credit or Debit Card by calling us on 08456 806247. PayPal does allow payments using Credit or Debit Card.
Expected Delivery Times
To stay competitive on price some of our listed products are ordered upon request, some of our products can be manufactured to your specification. Where possible we have included a lead time on our product listing which takes into account manufacturing, testing and shipping the unit to yourselves.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and varies depending on what products are added to your cart. Our standard delivery charge is £150+VAT delivered from our warehouse to your location. Prices start from £5+vat for small orders. SABC UK often run promotions and discounts for certain ranges on our shipping costs.
Collection can be arranged at a date suitable for both parties for no additional cost. Our Warehouse is located in Burnham-On-Crouch, Essex.
Shipping costs are for UK mainland only, for other destinations please contact us for a quote.
Using An Account
The SABC UK Website allows you to view as a guest, however we recommend creating an account if you wish to place an order. By having an account SABC UK occationally offers discounts and special prices applied directly to the products. All your orders and contact details are stored securely to allow faster ordering and tracking.
Your Order
 
My Order Has Not Arrived
You should receive an e-mail to your registered address when we have dispatched your goods. Most of our products are shipped from the UK from our warehouse either using a courier or our own drivers, you will be sent an email confirming the shipping method and estimated date of arrival once your goods have shipped. Occationally we may dispatch the goods straight from the manufacturer, we will update you with any tracking information we are supplied with.
If your goods do not arrive please contact us so we can investigate and update you on the situation.
My Goods are Faulty
Most of our products are covered by a 3 Year Limited Warranty provided by ourselves (1 year manufacturer + 2 years on registered products). Should you have an issue with the product and they have been used within the manufacturer's specifications please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
I Have Ordered/Received The Wrong Item
If we have sent you the wrong item from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a swapout to the correct product. If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us to discuss what parts you need and arrange a swapout.
